The Racine Report submitted to the French Ministry of Culture Franck Riester in January 2020 considered the possibility to create a specific legal framework for commission contract of work. Therefore the Conseil supérieur de la propriété littéraire et artistique entrusted Pierre Sirinelli the task to adjudicate on that question. This article tends to present the reasons why the mission has concluded to reject the proposition.
