Introduction

Jørgen BLOMQVIST est professeur associé en droit d’auteur international à l’Université du Copenhague, Centre pour le droit d’information et de l’innovation. Avant ça, il travaillait entre 1992 et 2009 à l’Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle à Genève, depuis 1998 comme directeur de la division du droit d’auteur. Il a écrit plusieurs de livres et d’articles sur le droit d’auteurs et des droits connexes et il est membre du comité exécutif de l’Association Littéraire et Artistique Internationale 'ALAI).

Jørgen BLOMQVIST is Associate Professor of International Copyright Law at the University of Copenhagen, Center for Information and Innovation Law. Prior to that, he worked between 1992 and 2009 at the World Intellectual Property Organisation in Geneva, from 1998 as Director of the Copyright Division. He has written several books and articles on copyright and related rights and is a member of the executive committee of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI).
