Introduction

Javier est un jeune chercheur spécialisé dans le droit d'auteur et les droits voisins. Depuis 2020, il fait ses études de doctorat sur sujet de la relation entre le droit d'auteur et le journalisme dans le marché unique numérique à l'Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Il est professeur stagiaire en droit civil à la même université. Il est également membre du Centre de recherche sur la propriété intellectuelle de l'UAM, le CIPI (Centro de Investigación en Propiedad Intelectual).

Javier is a young researcher specialized in copyright and neighbouring rights. Since 2020 he has been doing his PhD studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid on the relationship between copyright and journalism in the digital single market. He is a trainee professor in civil law at the same university. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Research Centre of the UAM, CIPI (Centro de Investigación en Propiedad Intelectual).
